Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who We Are

Angie Homes Realty, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida, based in Doral. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or sending us an inquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us and a limited amount of technical information:

  • Contact form: your name, whether you want to buy, sell, or rent, a neighborhood you are interested in, your phone number, your email address, and whether you agree to receive text messages.
  • Calls, texts, and email: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly, such as your timeline, budget, or the property you have in mind.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and pages requested) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card information through this website. Please do not send them through the contact form.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate brokerage services you request.
  • To schedule showings, appointments, and follow-ups you ask for.
  • To meet our legal, licensing, recordkeeping, and fair housing obligations.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

4. Cookies, Local Storage & Tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or session-replay tools. It saves two small settings in your browser’s local storage: your language choice (English or Spanish) and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

The maps on this site load content from other companies, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies: office maps are provided by Google Maps, and the budget map's images are provided by Esri. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can clear local storage and block cookies in your browser settings.

Because we do not track you across sites, we do not need to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing, which we already do not do.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed to serve you or as the law requires:

  • Your transaction: with parties you ask us to work with on a purchase, sale, or rental, for example cooperating brokers, lenders, title and closing companies, inspectors, landlords, or property managers.
  • Service providers: companies that help us run our business (such as website hosting, phone, and email), who may use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or licensing authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • Business transfer: to a successor if our brokerage is merged, sold, or reorganized, subject to this policy.

6. Text Messages & Calls

We call, text, or email you only to respond to your inquiry or with your permission. Text messages are sent only if you check the text-message box on our form or otherwise agree. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond to you and serve you, and transaction records for as long as Florida brokerage recordkeeping rules and other laws require. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

8. Data Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices & Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop receiving marketing messages. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA) may give you additional rights; we honor valid requests as those laws require, will verify your identity before acting, and will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

10. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to Other Sites

The site links to other websites and services such as Instagram, Facebook, Zillow, and Google. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy on this page. Material changes take effect when posted.
